略论宋代名医朱肱伤寒辨治特色

朱氏在伤寒辨证论治中,注重以表里定位,以阴阳为纲,以脉证合参为据。辨别表里强调疾病的病机病理,并结合其兼证、类证、病程、病性、病势、转归等各个方面综合分析,分清疑似,灵活运用;辨别阴阳提出“七表属腑,病在于阳”、“八里属脏,病在于阴”,强调阴阳二证在一定条件下可以相互转化;对疑似证的辨证强调只有详辨脉象,才不致辨误。

Zhu Gong's Features of Treatment by Syndrome Differentiation for Febrile Diseases

As to the syndrome differentiation of febrile diseases,Zhu Gong emphasized the location on the basis of interior and exterior,taking yin-yang as the key link,taking the combined reference of pulse condition and syndrome as the principle.As to differentiation of interior and exterior,he stressed the pathogenesis,and flexible application and pathology and the comprehensive analysis in accordance with the accompanying syndrome,classified syndrome,course of nature,condition,and transmission of diseases.As to yin-yang differentiation,he stated that disease is located in yin because seven exteriors belong to fu,disease is located in yang because eight interiors belong to zang.He stressed that yin syndrome and yang syndrome might be transmitted under certain condition.As to the uncertain syndromes,he held that only by differentiating the pulse conditions could mistake be avoided.
