| 摘 要： | 目的：对桃花汤煎剂和微粉制剂进行药效学比较研究。方法：观察桃花汤煎剂和微粉制剂对番泻叶和蓖麻油致小鼠泄泻的止泻作用和对新斯的明致小鼠小肠运动亢进的影响。结果：桃花汤微粉制剂低剂量作用与煎剂高剂量作用相近，相同剂量的微粉制剂作用优于煎剂。结论：超微粉碎能提高桃花汤的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective: To conduct pharmacodynamics comparative study on the fine powder preparation and decoction of Taohua Decoction. Method: The influence of Taohu Decoction and fine powder preparation on diarrhea arresting function and rats' hyperkinesis of small intestine was observed. Result: The effect of small-dosed fine powder preparation is similar to that of large-dosed decoction. While the doses are the same, the function of fine powder preparation is superior to that of decoction. Conclusion: Ultramicro-powdering may increase the therapeutic effect of Taohua Decoction. |
