D二聚体与下肢深静脉血栓形成辨证分型的关系

目的:观察下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT,急性期)不同证型治疗前后D二聚体检测的差异性。方法:分别选择湿热瘀阻组35例,脾虚血瘀组20例,分别于治疗前、治疗后5天、治疗后10天抽取静脉血液检测D二聚体含量,观察其变化和差异。结果:治疗前脾虚血瘀组D二聚体含量较少,与湿热瘀阻组有显著差异性(P<0.05);治疗后D二聚体含量先升后降,两组之间无差异性(P>0.05)。结论:不同证型D二聚体含量在治疗前有差异,治疗后无差异。

Relationship Between D-Dimer and Syndrome Differentiation Typing of Deep Vein Thrombosis in Lower Limb

Objective:To observe the difference of D-Dimer detected before and after treatment in different syndrome types of deep vein thrombosis(DVT,in the acute period).Method:35 patients with damp and heat obstruction and 20 cases with spleen deficiency and blood stasis were chosen to draw out the D-Dimer contents of venous blood,respectively on the fifth day before the treatment,the fifth day and the tenth day after the treatment.And the changes and the difference were observed.Results:Before the treatment,the D-Dimer content of the group with spleen deficiency and blood stasis was less comparing with that of the other group,and there existed apparent differences(P<0.05).After the treatment,the D-Dimer content rose first and then decreased,and it had no difference between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The contents of D-Dimer in different syndrome types had differences before the treatment,while the differences did not exist after the treatment.
