| 摘 要： | 痛痹病因病机为阳气虚弱,风寒湿邪侵袭.麻黄附子细辛汤出自《伤寒论》,治疗少阴袁证,主治阳虚感寒之轻证.独活寄生汤出自孙思邈的《备急千金要方》,治疗痹证日久,肝肾两虚,气血不足证.麻黄附子细辛汤与独活寄生汤合用治疗痛痹疗效显著,使寒邪借助细辛,独活、防风等药物之透散,使风寒湿邪居无定所,以防闭门留寇之弊.
