胃痞消对CAG大鼠SOD、MDA保护粘膜的作用

摘    要:目的:探讨胃痞消对慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠胃粘膜组织恢复程度通过SOD、MDA表达的影响。方法:将75只雄性SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组10只、65只复制模型慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG),第9周从模型组随机抽取5只大鼠取胃黏膜组织,制作病理切片。确认造模成功后随机分为模型对照组、维酶素组、中药高中低组各12只。连续灌胃给药4周。与造模后第12周末每只大鼠经腹动脉插管取血5mL,待取样测超氧岐化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:模型组与正常对照组相比,模型对照组大鼠中SOD的活力明显下降(P〈0.05或P〈0.01),MDA值明显增高(P〈0.05或P〈0.01),维霉素组和胃痞消三个剂量组与模型对照组比较,SOD活力明显升高(P〈0.05),MDA值明显降低(P〈0.05)。胃痞消三个剂量组之间,SOD活力、MDA值没有明显差异(P〉0.05)。结论:胃痞消可能有通过升高SOD活力、降低MDA含量保护胃粘膜CAG大鼠作用。

Abstract:Objective:The purpose of studying the effects of gastric mucosal recovery of Weipixiao remedy in rats causing chronic gastric mucosal atrophy by assessing the changes in value of the index SOD, MDA. Methods : 75 male Sprague Dawley mice distrib uted 10 mice into normal group, others were made to cause disease model. By the 9th week after the selecting 5 for evaluating on successful chronic gastric mucosal atrophy caused then randomly assigned to five groups each group of 12 mice: disease model, vitaeoenzyme, high dose weipixiao, weipixiao average dose, weipixiao low doses. Gave the mice medication to the mice for continuous 4 weeks, at 12th week took the blood from abdominal aortic to quantify SOD, MDA according to procedure. Results:comparing the disease model mice with normal group, diseased model group's SOD activity significantly reduced (P〈0.05 orP〈0.01), MDA content dearly increased (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Comparing between the mice group using vitacoenzyme and 3 mice groups with disease model SOD, the activity is significantly increased (P〈0.05), MDA content is remarkably decreased (P〈0.05). Compared between the 3 mice groups using SOD, the content of MDA the difference is not statistically significant (P〉0. 05). Conclusion. the Weipixiao remedy has effect of gastric mucosal protective effect for mouse with chronic gastric mucosal atrophy through increased ae tivity as well as SOD, decreased MDA content.
