摘    要:目的:对姜黄浸膏散中的姜黄素进行含量测定。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,TIANHE C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-4%冰醋酸溶液(48∶52)为流动相,流速为1mL/min,检测波长为430nm,柱温为30℃。结果:HPLC法测定姜黄浸膏散中姜黄素的含量在4.383~21.92μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 8,平均加样回收率为98.67%,RSD=0.96%。结论:该法简单,准确,重现性好,可用于姜黄浸膏散的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective=To establish a HPLC method for determination of eurcumin in extract powder of turmeric. Methods:The HPLC conditions with TIANHE-C18 column (250mm×4.6mm,5μm) was used, the mobile phase was a solution of acetonitrile-4 glacial acetic acid (48 = 52);flow rate was 1.0mL/min, the detective wavelength was 430nm, column temperature was 30℃. Results: The determination of curcumin in extract powder of turmeric by HPLC was a good linear relationship at the range of 4. 383 to 21. 92μg, r=0. 999 8. The average recovery rate was 98.67% with RSD=0.96%. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and with good reproducibility, and can be used as the quality control standard for extract powder of turmeric.
