动脉脐血血气分析与围生期新生儿窒息的相关性研究

摘    要:目的:探讨动脉脐血血气分析与围生期新生儿窒息的相关性。方法:采用全自动血气分析仪对42例围生期窒息新生儿和42例正常新生儿进行血气分析,比较两组pH、PCO2、PO2和BE水平的变化。结果:窒息组pH、PO2和BE水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05),而PCO2水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。新生儿窒息组与宫内窒息组pH、PCO2、PO2和BE水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对围生期窒息新生儿进行动脉血气检测分析,可迅速判断围生期新生儿的缺氧情况,并为早期的复苏及抢救提供可靠的实验依据,并且防止发生宫内窒息病例的遗漏现象。
