| 摘 要： | 目的:建立测定止痛化癥胶囊中川楝素含量的HPLC方法。方法:色谱柱为Agilent zorbax SB-C18柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈—水(30∶70),流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为210nm。结果:川楝素在0.5～5μg.mL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.33%,RSD为1.17%(n=9)。结论:本方法快速、简便、准确,可用于止痛化癥胶囊的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish a HPLC method for the quantitative determination of toosendanin in Zhitong huazheng capsule. Methods：HPLC was performed on Agilent zorbax SB-C18 （4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm）with column at room temperature.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water （30：70） at a flow rate and detection wavelength were set at 1.0 mL. min^-1 and 210 nm.Results：The linear range of toosendanin was 0.5-5μg·mL^-1 （r=0.999 9）, the mean recovery was 99.33 % with RSD 1.17% （n=9）.Conclusion ：The method is fast, simple and accurate, and it can be applied for the quality control of Zhitong huazheng capsule. |
