摘    要:目的:通过动物实验观察薏苡仁及其麸炒品对正常动物,脾虚模型动物胃肠动力的影响和比较,以探讨该药对胃肠动力的作用机制,验证其炮制工艺的原理和意义。方法:采用正常动物、脾虚模型动物,研究和比较薏苡仁生制品对其胃排空、小肠推进率、腹泻指数、脾虚指数和胃肠激素MTL、GAS、SS、VIP的影响。结果:薏苡仁生制品能够提高并促进正常及脾虚小鼠胃肠动力,改善脾虚大鼠胃肠激素紊乱异常水平,且制品作用强于生品。结论:验证了炮制理论中提出的薏苡仁麸炒品更善于健脾止泻的药效作用。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the mechanism of Coix Seed and its processed product on the gastrointestinal motility on normal and splenic asthenia animals.And verify the principle of its processing technology.Methods:The normal and spleen deficiency animals were used to compare the effects on indicatrix of the rate of gastric emptying,the rate of small intestine advance,diarrhea index,spleen index and MTL,GAS,SS,VIP of the raw and processed ones.Results:The processed ones are better than the raw ones in promoting the gastrointestinal motility of the normal and spleen deficiency mice and improving the gastrointestinal hormones disorder level in spleen deficiency rats.Conclusion:Verify that the processed ones are better than the raw ones in repleshing spleen to stop diarrhea.
