| 摘 要： | 目的:研究香菇多糖对DTH小鼠T淋巴细胞比例及活化的影响。方法:用800mg/kg的香菇多糖给小鼠灌胃7天,给药后第3天用5%二硝基氟苯(DNFB)致敏,第4天用90mg/kg环磷酰胺造成免疫抑制,第7天用1%DNFB激发引起迟发型超敏反应(DTH),第8天取耳片及颈部淋巴结(CLN)细胞,称重法检测耳片肿胀度,流式细胞术检测CLN中CD3+、B220+细胞比例及T细胞中CD25+、CD69+表达。结果:香菇灌胃组耳片肿胀度和CLN中CD3+、B220+及CD3+CD25+、CD3+CD69+比例细胞均比模型组有所上升。结论:香菇多糖对免疫抑制小鼠的T细胞功能有改善作用。

| Abstract: | Objective：The influence of Lentinan on T Lymphocytes＇ratio and activation of the DTH mice were researched.Methods：Give Lentinan for 7 days by oral in 800mg/kg.Stimulated the mice by 5%DNFB after 3 days later.In the fourth day,injectd cyclophosphamide in 90mg/kg,then four days later,stimulated the mice again by 1%DNFB.Next day the Swelling of the ear pieces and the differences of CD3＋、B220＋cell ratio and CD25＋、CD69＋ cell activation of T cell by flow cytometry were bserved.Results：The Swelling of the ear pieces and the ratio of CD3＋、B220＋、CD3＋CD25＋、CD3＋CD69＋cell was higher in Lentinan group than in CY group.Conclusion：T cell＇s function of immunosuppressive mice was improved by Lentinan. |
