耳穴贴压在预防前列腺等离子切除术后便秘中的应用

目的：探讨耳穴贴压对预防前列腺等离子切除（TUPKP）术后便秘的临床疗效。方法：选取TUP—KP术后患者71例，随机分为两组，实验组36例，对照组35例。实验组在常规护理基础上加用耳穴压豆（取穴便秘点、大肠、直肠、皮质下），对照组在常规护理基础上加用耳穴压豆（取穴心、肾、膀胱、尿道），观察两组便秘的发生率、便秘评分、首次排便时间等。结果：实验组便秘发生率33．3％，便秘评分（2．5±3．51）；对照组便秘发生率65．7％，便秘评分（4．3±3．52），P〈0．05，差异有统计学意义。结论：耳穴贴压（取穴便秘点、大肠、直肠、皮质下）简单易行，可预防术后便秘的发生，改善便秘程度，值得临床推广应用。

Application of Auricular Point Sticking for Preventing Constipation afer Bipolar Transurethral PlasmaKinetic Prostatatectomy

Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of auricular point sticking for preventing constipation during. Methods：Seventy-- one cases after TUPKP were randomized to two groups： 36cases in the treatment group were prescribed normal nursing and auricular point sticking（taking the acupoints of Constipation Point, Large Intestine, Rectum, Subcortex）,another 35cases in the controlling group were prescribed normal nursing and auricular point sticking（taking the acupoints of Heart, Kidney, Bladder, Urethra）. Con- stipation occurring or not, the score of constipation and the first time of defecation were evaluated and recorded. Results： In the treat- ment group： the constipation during is 33.3%, the score is 2.5 ± 3.51. In the controlling group：the constipation during is 65.7 %, the constipation score is 4.3 ±3.52. There was significant difference between the 2 groups（P〈0.05）Conclusion. Auricular point stick- in~ is simple, can orevent constioation durin~ around the oneration to BPH, and is worthy of promotion.
