中药槐角的研究进展

中药槐角为豆科植物槐的干燥成熟果实,药用历史悠久,是历版中国药典收载的常用中药。槐角中富含异黄酮类化合物,由于该类化合物结构与己烯雌酚相似,具有雌激素样活性,对骨质疏松、癌症等疑难病症有较好的防治效果,从槐角中提取此类化合物成为国际上研究和开发的热点。综述了近年来国内外有关槐角的栽培技术、化学成分、药理作用、有效成分测定方法及临床应用等研究工作。
