个体化期待治疗对中央性前置胎盘的疗效分析

目的:分析个体化期待治疗对中央性前置胎盘的疗效。方法:选取2010年1月—2011年10月住院收治的中央性前置胎盘患者78例,将期待治疗方案的39例设为观察组,常规治疗方案的39例设为对照组,观察终止妊娠时间、产后出血量、产后感染、婴儿体重、Apgar评分、病死率、呼吸窘迫综合征(RDS)项目。结果:采用个体化期待治疗的观察组分娩时孕周、婴儿体重、新生儿Apgar评分均明显大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。而观察组产后出血量、RDS发生率均明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组产褥感染率(2.6%)与对照组(10.3%)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对于B超检查的中央性前置胎盘患者中,无致命性活动性阴道出血者,可选择个体化有针对性的期待治疗方案,可有效减少产妇和新生儿并发症的发生。

Individual Expectant Treatment of Placenta Praevia Curative Effect Analysis

Objective:To analysis of individual expectant treatment of placenta praevia efficacy.Methods:in our hospital in 2010 January ~ 2011 October obstetric admissions of 78 patients with central placenta previa,will look to the treatment regimen of 39 cases for the observation group,routine treatment regimen of 39 patients as control group,observe the time of termination of pregnancy,postpartum hemorrhage,postpartum infection,infant weight,Apgar score,mortality rate,respiratory distress syndrome(RDS) project.Results:the use of individualized expectant treatment group were observed during the week of pregnancy,infant weight,neonatal Apgar score were significantly greater than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The observation group of postpartum bleeding,the incidence of RDS were significantly less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The observation group of puerperal infection rate(2.6%) and control group(10.3%) had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:for B ultrasound examination of the central placenta previa patients,no lethal activity of a vagina,but the choice of individual targeted expectant treatment scheme,which can effectively reduce the maternal and neonatal complications.
