熄风化痰活血法治疗急性脑梗死患者80例临床疗效分析

摘    要:目的:比较西医和中医熄风化痰活血法治疗急性脑梗死患者的临床疗效。方法:将150例急性脑梗死患者分为两组,对照组70例患者接受西医治疗,实验组80例患者在西医治疗的基础上采用熄风化痰活血法治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果:经过治疗,实验组患者中医症状评分与神经功能缺损积分(NIHSS)均显著低于对照组,血液流变学指标改善情况也显著优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论:熄风化痰活血法与西医结合治疗急性脑梗死临床效果优于单纯西医治疗法,可显著改善患者临床体征,值得,临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective:To compare the therapeutic effect of western medicine and TCM therapentic method of expelling wind, elimi- nating phlegm and promoting blood circulation on patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods: 150 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital were selected and divided into control group(n= 70) received the treatment of western medicine, and experimental group(n=80) with therapeutic method of expelling wind, eliminating phlegm and promoting blood circulation on the basis of western medicine treatment. Results : There was significant difference in the treatment outcome of two groups; there was statistical difference in hemorheological changes of treatment group and control group(P〈0.01). Conelusion:Therapentic method of expelling wind, eliminating phlegm and promoting blood circulation combined with western medicine has better effect on acute cerebral infarction than pure western medicine therapy.
