丹红注射液联合步长稳心颗粒治疗急性心肌梗死合并心律失常疗效观察

目的：观察丹红注射液联合步长稳心颗粒治疗急性心肌梗死合并心律失常的疗效。方法：将急性心肌梗死合并心律失常患者118例随机分为治疗Ⅰ组（在治疗Ⅱ组基础上加丹红注射液联合步长稳心颗粒治疗，60例）和治疗Ⅱ组（8受体阻滞剂治疗，58例），观察两组治疗效果和治疗前后心律失常发生情况。结果：两组治疗后心律失常比治疗前有明显改善（P〈0．05），且治疗Ⅰ组改善程度优于治疗Ⅱ组（P〈0．05）；治疗Ⅰ组总有效率明显高于治疗Ⅱ组（P〈0．05）。结论：丹红注射液联合步长稳心颗粒对急性心肌梗死合并心律失常疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Danhong Injection and Buchang wenxin Granules in the Treatment of Arrhythmia after Acute Myocardial Infarction

Objective：To observe the curative effect of Danhong injection combined with Wenxin Granule in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction complicated with arrhythmia. Methods ： the patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with arrhythmia in 118 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group （60 cases in treatment group on the basis of Danhong injection combined with Buchangwenxin granules,） and treatment group Ⅱ （beta blockers, 58 cases）, was observed before and after treatment in two groups and treatment of cardiac arrhythmia occurrence. Results ： the two groups after treatment of arrhythmia than before treatment significantly improved （P〈0.05）, and the treatment group Ⅰ improvement than the treatment group Ⅱ （P〈0.05） ;the treatment group was better than that in treatment group Ⅱ （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ： Danhong injection combined with Buchar,g Wenxin granule has significant therapeutic effect on acute myocardial infarction complicated with arrhythmia, is worth the clinicalpromotion.
