氟哌啶醇联合山莨菪碱穴位注射治疗顽固性呃逆临床疗效探讨

目的：观察氟哌啶醇十山莨菪碱穴注射位治疗顽固性呃逆的临床疗效.方法：选择胃黏膜保护剂（铝碳酸镁片）＋促进胃肠动力药物（莫沙必利片）治疗24h后未见缓解的32例顽固性呃逆患者,予以氟哌啶醇十山莨菪碱穴注射位（足三里）治疗,对其临床疗效及安全性、复发性进行评估.结果：32例患者中,治愈25例（78.1％）,显效2例（6.3％）,有效2例（6.3％）,无效3例（9.4％）,总有效率为90.6％,2例出现嗜睡、乏力、口干症状,1例出现排尿困难,予以下腹部热敷物理治疗后缓解.结论：氟哌啶醇十山莨菪碱穴位注射治疗顽固性呃逆治疗效果明显,特别是针对神经性顽固性呃逆,但应注意不良反应及原发病的治疗.

Discussion on Clinical Efficacy of Haloperidol Combined with Anisodamine Point Injection in the Treatment of Intractable Hiccups

Objective：The purpose of this paper is to observe haloperidol ＋ anisodamine hole injection site clinical efficacy of thetreatment of intractable hiccups. Methods ： The 32 Patients with no relief after 24 hours＇ treatment through mucosal protective agent（aluminum magnesium carbonate tablets） ＋ promote gastrointestinal motility drugs （Mosapride force tablets） and other treatment,given to haloperidol ＋ anisodamine point of injection （Zusanli） treatment , will be assessed by the clinical efficacy, safety and recur-rent. Results：the results of 32 patients were cured 25 cases （78.1%）, 2 significant cases （6.3%）, 2 effective cases （6.3%）, 3 In-valid cases （9.4%）, the total efficiency is 90.6%, 2 cases of drowsiness , fatigue and dry mouth, one case of dysuria, abdominal fo-mentation be alleviated, such as physical therapy. Conclusion： Haloperidol ＋ Anisodamine point injection therapy for treatment ofintractable hiccups is obvious, especially for neurological intractable hiccups, but it should be noted that the treatment of the primarydisease occurrence and adverse reactions.
