摘    要:目的:研究2-(4-甲基哌嗪基)-N-(2,4,6-三甲氧苯基)乙酰胺的简便合成方法。方法:以苯胺为起始原料合成1,3,5-三甲氧基苯,经硝化、还原、酰化、烷基化反应得到目标化合物。结果:目标化合物经1 HNMR确认结构。结论:本合成方法具有原料易得、条件温和、操作简便等优点。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate a simple and convenient process for the synthesis of 2-(4-methylpiperazin-l-yl)-N-(2,4,6-tri- methoxyphenyl) acetamide. Methods:2-(4-methylpiperazin-l-yl)-N-(2, 4, 6-trimethoxyphenyl) acetamide was synthesized from aniline, The key steps included nitration, reduction, Acylation and Alkylation reaction. Results:The chemical structure was confirmed by 1 HNMR. Conclusion:This proposed in this paper has the advantages of generally raw material, milder reaction condition, simpler process.
