| 摘 要： | 目的:建立测定透骨香中槲皮苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:采用Benetnach C18(4.6mm×15mm,5μm)填料色谱柱,流动相为0.01mol.L-1磷酸二氢钾-甲醇-冰醋酸(体积比65∶35∶0.7),流速1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为254nm,柱温30℃。结果:槲皮苷在(0.044～0.154)μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 3),平均加样回收率为101.25%,RSD为1.92%。结论:该方法快速、简便,专属性强,重现性好,准确度高,可用于透骨香中槲皮苷含量的测定。

| Abstract: | Objective：Establish a HPLC method for determination of the content of Quereitrin in Gaultheria yunnanensis.Methods：Chromatography conditions were as follows： Benetnach C18（4.6mm×15mm,5μm）,the mobile phase consists of 0.01M potassium dihydrogen phosphate-methanol-glacial acetic acid（65：35：0.7）,the flow rate was 1.0mL/min,the detection wavelength was 254nm,the column temperature was 30℃.Results：The liner range of Quereitrin was 0.05～0.6μg（r=0.999 3）,the average recovery was101.25%,RSD was 1.92%.Conclusion：The method is fast,simple,repeatable,accurate,with high specificity.It can be used in determination of the content of Quercitroside in Gaultheria yunnanensis. |
