摘    要:目的:探讨大花罗布麻叶总黄酮对缺氧小鼠脑组织保护作用。方法:灌胃给予高、低剂量的大花罗布麻叶总黄酮(250、100mg/kg),模拟高原海拔5000m缺氧环境建立小鼠缺氧模型,测定小鼠脑组织含水量和乳酸含量,以及脑组织中超氧物歧化酶(SOD)、脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性,观察大花罗布麻叶总黄酮对缺氧小鼠脑保护作用。结果:与缺氧模型组相比,大花罗布麻叶总黄酮能明显降低缺氧状态下小鼠脑组织的含水量和乳酸含量以及MDA的活性,明显增加小鼠脑组织中SOD和LDH活性。结论:大花罗布麻叶总黄酮对缺氧小鼠脑组织具有保护作用,其机制可能与其提高缺氧状态下乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性,减轻乳酸在脑组织中的积累,抑制脂质过氧化物MDA以及增强脑组织中抗氧化酶SOD活性有关。

Abstract:Objective:To study the anti-hypoxia effect of total flavonoids of Apoacynum venetum Leaves on mice and its mechanism.
