| 摘 要： | 目的:了解芬太尼用于人工流产术的优越性。方法:比较实验组(芬太尼+丙泊酚)与对照组(丙泊酚)的镇痛效果、宫口松驰情况、术中出血情况、人流综合征反应、出院情况及出院时间的差异。结果:实验组镇痛效果优于对照组,且无人流综合征出现。结论:强化育龄妇女的保健工作,宣传避孕方法,加强青少年的性教育,以尽量减少意外怀孕。
