摘    要:目的:探讨不同软化和切制方法对枳实质量的影响。方法:以辛弗林、柚皮苷、橙皮苷、新橙皮苷的含量及出膏率为指标优选枳实最佳的软化和切制工艺。结果:枳实的最佳软化方法为浸泡法,一般在30℃,每100g药材需要使用100mL水,软化12h。枳实的切制方法为横切,切制厚度为1~2mm。结论:枳实软化和切制工艺合理可行。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effects of different softening and cutting methods on Fructus Aurantii Immaturus.Methods:The content of Synephrine,Naringin,Hesperdin,Neohesperidin and rate of the paste was regarded as an index to determine the best softening and cutting technology of Fructus Aurantii Immaturus.Results:Soaking was the best softening method for Fruits Aurantii Immaturus,usually soaked at 10℃for12h and 100g with 100mL of water.The reasonable cutting method was to cut the Fructus Aurantii Immaturus transversely in1~2mm depth.Conclusion:This test proves the process is feasible.
