中青年女性椎弓根发育与外伤性胸腰椎骨折

目的:探讨女性椎弓根发育与外伤性胸腰椎骨折的关系及处理。方法:选取外伤性胸腰椎骨折女性患者26例,测量伤椎及其上下各一个椎体的椎弓根横径,行手术治疗21例,前路治疗4例,后路治疗17例,椎管减压13例。结果:所有病例椎体高度恢复率>95%,神经症状恢复率87.5%,治疗恢复率93%。结论:对于女性外伤性胸腰椎骨折的治疗遵循常规疗法即可,但是,通过对此组女性患者的治疗,我们观察到女性椎体及椎弓根的发育具有一定的特殊性。

The Growth of Pedicle of Vertebral Arch and Traumatic Thoracolumbar Spinal Fractures in Young and Middle Age Women

Aim： To investigate the relationship between the growth of pedicle of vertebral arch and traumatic thoracolumbar spinal fractures in young and middle age women and discuss the possible management. Methods： Totally 26 patients with traumatic tbo- racolumbar spinal fractures, measure the traverse diameter of the pediele of the Injuried vertebral body and its upper and lower vertebral body. 21 patients were treated by operation, 4 patients via anterior approach method, 17 patients via posterior approach method and 13 patients via spinal canal decompression and internal fixation. Results： In all patients, anterior height of compressed vertebral bodies was restord more than 95%, neurological impairment was improved to 87. 5%, and restoration ratio of treatment was 93%. Conclusion： The ordinary operative treatment strategies of traumatic thoracolumbar spinal fractures and their outcomes is satisfactory in young and middle age women. However, the growth of pedicle of vertebral arch and verterbral bodies is somewhat special in the group of femal patients.
