噻托溴铵联合沙美特罗治疗慢性阻塞性肺病患者临床研究

目的:探讨噻托溴铵联合沙美特罗治疗慢性阻塞性肺病患者的临床治疗效果。方法:选取84例慢性阻塞性肺病患者为研究对象,针对患者的相关临床资料进行回顾性分析,针对患者采用不同治疗方法后的临床指标进行比较研究。结果:对照组患者,急性发作次数为(0.79±0.15)次/年人,住院次数为(0.24±0.12)次,呼吸困难评分为(2.15±0.34)分;研究组患者,急性发作次数为(0.44±0.17)次/年人,住院次数为(0.11±0.10)次,呼吸困难评分为(1.87±0.23)分。研究组患者与对照组患者比较,急性发作次数较少,住院次数较少,呼吸困难评分较低,且组间比较,P均<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:在临床治疗慢性阻塞性肺病的过程中,采用噻托溴铵联合沙美特罗的治疗方法,临床效果显著,是治疗慢性阻塞性肺病安全可靠的选择。

Tiotropium Bromide Combined with Shah Mette Lo in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Patients a Clinical Effect Comparison Research

Objective:to further investigate the effect of tiotropium bromide combined with Shah Mette Lo in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease clinical curative effect.Methods:This article selected in our hospital from 2010 November to 2011 November was admitted to the hospital for treatment of 84 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients as research object,for patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,according to the different methods in the treatment of patients with the clinical data related to a comparative study.Results:the patients in the control group,acute episodes for(0.79±0.15)times / year,times of hospitalization for(0.24±0.12),dyspnea score was(2.15 ±0.34);patients in the study group,the number of acute attack was(0.44±0.17) times / year,times of hospitalization for(0.11±0.10),dyspnea score was(1.87±0.23) branch.Patients in the study group and the control group patients compared to the number of acute attack,less,fewer hospitalizations,dyspnea score is low,and the comparison between the two groups,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:in the clinical treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease process,use of tiotropium bromide combined with Shah Mette Lo's treatment method,clinical effect,is the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is safe and reliable selection.
