糖尿病患者心理治疗效果研究

目的:探讨心理治疗对糖尿病患者后期康复的作用效果。方法:将符合糖尿病诊断标准的35例糖尿病患者随机分为实验组(18例)和对照组(17例),实验组采用常规药物治疗和定期心理治疗,对照组采用常规药物治疗。在实验前后分别对两组患者进行36项简式健康调查问卷(SF-36)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMA)检测,观察两组前后分值变化情况。结果:SF-36在实验组的前测和后测分值有显著性差异(P<0.01),对照组的前后测分值无显著性差异。HAMD显示:实验组在睡眠困难、早醒、工作和兴趣、全身症状、疑病等项均有改善(P<0.05),在忧郁情绪、入睡困难、精神和躯体性焦虑等项有显著改善(P<0.01);对照组只有工作和兴趣、疑病有所改善(P<0.05)。结论:心理治疗能提高糖尿病患者的生活质量,对糖尿病患者的康复治疗有明显的促进作用。

Effectiveness of Psychotherapy for the Treatment of Diabetic Patients

Objective:To explore the effect of psychotherapy in diabetic patients.Methods:35 patients with ICD 10 diabetes mellitus were randomly assigned to experiment group(18 patients) and control group(17 patients).Based on the same medicines therapies,the experiment group was treated with termly Psychotherapy intervention.The SF-36 questionnaire and Hamilton Rating Scale of Depression scale(HAMD) were used to measure the changes between the 2 groups.Results:Examining the effects of the quality of life,there are significant differences in experiment group between the baseline and the endpoint(P<0.01).HAMD items of insomnia middle,insomnia late,work and activities,general symptoms and hypochondriasis were significantly reduced from the baseline to the endpoint of experiment group(P<0.05),and depressed mood,insomnia early,psychological anxiety and somatic anxiety reduced significantly(P<0.01).However,HAMD items of work and activities and hypochondriasis in control group were only statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:Psychotherapy for the treatment of diabetic patients appears to effectively improve the quality of life of diabetic patients and is very helpful to the rehabilitation of diabetic patient.
