| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨超普疝修补装置(Ultrapro Hernia System,简称UHS)经腹股沟修补嵌顿股疝的临床价值。方法:用美国强生公司生产的UHS作为疝修补材料,行13例嵌顿股疝无张力疝修补术,回顾性分析手术时间、住院时间、并发症及复发率。结果:13例股疝均为单侧,平均手术时间38.8±6.6min,围手术期无死亡病例,无严重全身及腹股沟区局部并发症,患者均于术后3～5天痊愈出院,术后随访2～20月,无复发。结论:UHS修补股疝具有安全可靠、操作简便、手术时间短、术后异物感轻、复发率低等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective：To evaluate the application of tension-free hernioplasty for incarcerated femoral hernia with UHS（Uhrapro Hernia System）. Methods：The clinical data of 13 cases of incarcerated femoral hernia undergoing hernioplasty with UHS were retrospectively analyzed.The operating time ,length of stay ,recurrence and postoperative complications were observed. Results：The average operating time was （38.8-＋6.6） min.All patients were discharged 3to5 days after operation.All cases were followed up for 5 to 20 months.During the follow up time there was no recurrence.Conclusion：The UHS is a feasible ,reliable ,and effective device to repair incarcerated femoral hernia. |
