生、炙百部体内外抑制白色念珠菌作用比较

摘    要:目的:比较生、炙对叶百部水提液体内外抑制白色念珠菌的能力强弱。方法:制备百部生、炙品水提取液,采用纸片扩散法(K-B法)进行体外抑菌实验,以白色念珠菌感染的霉菌性阴道炎小鼠模型比较其体内抑菌实验。结果:体外抑菌实验中,生百部水提液在所测试的浓度0.0019g/mL范围内均显示一定的抑菌作用,当浓度为0.0625及0.125g/mL时,其抑菌率最高,基本未见菌斑生长;炙品则仅在浓度为0.0625g/mL及0.125g/mL时具有抑菌作用,其抑菌直径为3.4mm、0.27mm及3.2mm、0.51mm,但各浓度生品与炙品比较,生品抑菌作用均显著强于制品。百部水煎液治疗霉菌性阴道炎实验中,生品及炙品高、中、低剂量均具有显著的抑菌作用,生品高剂量组抑菌作用显著强于炙品。结论:对叶百部水煎液具有显著的抑菌作用,体内外实验均显示生品抑菌作用强于炙品,因此临床应用百部治疗霉菌性阴道炎时应以生品入药。

Abstract:Objective : To compare the anti-candida ability of water extracts from crude and processed S. tuberosa. Methods: Pre- pare the water extracts of crude and processed Baibu, study the anti-candida effect by K-13 method in vitro and by candidal vaginitis modle in vivo. Results: Anti-candida experiment results in vitro showed water extracts from crude S. tuberosa in the range of 0. 0019-1g/mL controlled cadida significantly, highest controlling ratio was gotten and no obviours candida could be seen in paper at concentration of 0. 0625 and 0. 125g/mL. Water extracts from processed sample restained candida only when concentration was 0. 0625 and 0. 125g/mL, the diameter was 3.4,0.27mm and 3.2,0.51mm, However, the crude extracts restained candida strongerly than processed one at any concentration in vitro. In treatment on colpitis mycotica experiment, water extracts from crude and processed S. tuberosa with low, middle and high dose restrained candida obvioursly, and crude extracts with high dose showed better treatment on colpitis mycotica. Conclusion: Water extracts from S. tuberosa restained candida significantly, extracts from crude sample showed stronger effect on candida than it from processed one, so crude Stemona should be used to cure colpitis mycotica.
