复方杏苏止咳糖浆制备及质量标准研究

摘    要:目的:建立复方杏苏止咳糖浆的制备及质量标准。方法:用水提取制备复方杏苏糖浆,以单味样品和缺味样品做对照,以薄层色谱法鉴别紫苏和麻黄。结果:在薄层色谱法中均能检出紫苏叶、麻黄。结论:该方法可靠,结果稳定,制备工艺简单,重现性好,可有效控制制剂质量。

Abstract:Objective. To apricot Sue cough syrup preparation of apricot Sue cough syrup; quality standard. Methods:of water ex- traction and preparation of compound apricot Su syrup, with single sample and lack of taste samples as controls, with TLC perilla and ephedra. Results. Herba Ephedrae in thin-layer chromatography. Conclusion:The method is reliable, stable, simple repro- ducible, and can effectively control the quality of this preparation.
