手法复位后配合夹板固定联合中药治疗桡骨远端骨折临床疗效分析

摘    要:目的:观察手法复位后配合夹板固定联合中药治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效.方法:将60例桡骨远端骨折患者随机均分两组,行手法复位配合夹板固定后,对照组应用西药治疗,治疗组应用中药三期辨证施治,观察比较两组治疗前后腕关节功能、愈合时间等.结果:治疗组优良率为96.7%,且平均骨折愈合时间短,组间腕关节功能对比等差异显著(P<0.05).结论:手法复位后配合夹板固定联合中药治疗桡骨远端骨折疗效显著,值得临床推广应用.

Abstract:Objective: To observe the manipulative reduction and splint fixation combined with traditional Chinese medicine with the clinical effect of treatment of distal radius fractures. Methods: Our Hospital of orthopedics and traumatology of distal radius fracture healing in 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Underwent manipulative reduction combined with splint fixation, while the control group with western medicine, Chinese medicine treatment group used three stage differentiation. Observation of treatment were compared between the two groups before and after the function of wrist joint, healing time etc. Results: in treatment group, the total excellent and good rate was 96.7%, and the average fracture healing time is short, the comparison between two groups of wrist joint function, significant differences between two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion. after manual reduction combined with splint fixation combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of fractures of distal radius significantly effect on.
