摘    要:目的:研究川射干总异黄酮苷元有效部位的工艺条件。方法:正交试验确定大孔吸附树脂吸附总异黄酮吸附条件,乙醇水溶液梯度洗脱以分离苷与苷元,酸水解苷及大孔吸附树脂除酸。结果:总异黄酮苷元的含量在59%~63%之间;得率为3.59%。结论:该工艺简便、合理、可行,具工业化生产价值。

Abstract:Objective:To optimize the Preparation of bioactivity part of total isoflavone aglycones of Iris tectorum Maxim.. Meth- ods:The optimum absorption conditions of AB-8 macroporous absorption resin is studied by orthogonal design, and eluted with a gradient of EtOH in He O to obtain glycosides and aglycones, glycosides were hydrolyzed by acid, the acid was eliminated by macro- porous absorption resin. Results:The total isoflavone aglycones' purity have 59 %- 63%, yield 3.59%. Conclusion:The prepara- tion is simple, convenient and reliable, and is suitable for utilization of industry.
