昆仑雪菊水溶性黄酮的制备及初步鉴定

目的:考察昆仑雪菊水溶性总黄酮的制备及初步定性分析方法。方法:经热水提取并以正丁醇萃取法制备总黄酮提取物;利用薄层色谱法和化学定性分析法进行初步的色谱和化学鉴定。结果:以正丁醇-醋酸-水(4∶1∶5)为展开剂的薄层色谱结果显示,水提物经正丁醇萃取后,大部分黄酮类成分被转移至正丁醇层;化学定性分析结果显示,雪菊花水溶性黄酮主要包括黄酮、黄酮醇、二氢黄酮、查耳酮及异黄酮类化合物。结论:本研究的实验方法可用于昆仑雪菊水溶性总黄酮的制备、化学结构分析及质量标准研究。

Preparation and Preliminary Analysis of Water-soluble Flavonoids of Coreopsis tinctoria Flower from the Kunlun Mountain

Objective：To investigate the preparation and initial qualitative analysis methods of water-solubility total flavonoids from Coreopsis tinctoria flowers.Methods：The total flavonoids were prepared by hot water extraction and n-butyl alcohol abstraction.Thin layer chromatography and chemical qualitative analysis were used to perform chromatographic and chemical analysis.Results：The result of thin layer chromatography,n-butyl alcohol-acetic acid-water（4：1：5） was used as the developing solvent,shows that the main flavonoid part of the water extract were transferred to n-butyl alcohol layer after the water extract was extracted by n-butyl alcohol.The chemical qualitative analysis result explains that the water-soluble flavonoids from Coreopsis tinctoria flowers mainly contained flavones,flavonol,flavonone,chalcone and isoflavones.Conclusions：These results could provide an initial bases for study the preparation,chemical constitution analysis and quality standard research of water-solubility total flavonoids from Coreopsis tinctoria flowers.
