| 摘 要： | 目的:观察奥美拉唑联合克拉霉素及阿莫西林治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法:2009年3月-2010年5月我院收治消化性溃疡患者90例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各45例。两组均口服奥美拉唑5mg,2次/d。治疗组加用克拉霉素0.1g/次,2次/d,阿莫西林0.1g/次,3次/d,疗程14d。两组均治疗1个月,观察两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组溃疡痊愈率为93.0%,HP清除率为82.0%;对照组分别为66.7%,24.0%。两组疗效比较,有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论:奥美拉唑联合克拉霉素、阿莫西林治疗消化性溃疡临床疗效显著,值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the clinic effects of omeprazole combined with Clarithromycin and Amoxi2 cillin on peptic ulcer.Methods：90 peptic ulcer patients were divided into 2 groups , therapeutic group （45cases） andcont rol group （45 cases） .Both groups swallowed 20 mg bid Therapeutic group was added 0.25 g Clarithromycin bid and 0.5 g Amoxicillin bid for 14 days.The clinic effects were observed after one month.Results：The recovering rate of ulcer and clearing rate of HP were 93 % ,82 % and 6617 % ,24 % in the two groups respec2tively.There were remarkable differences between the two groups （P0.05）.Conclusion：omeprazole combined with Clarithromycin and Amoxicillin has obvious effects on peptic ulcer. |
