| 摘 要： | 随着微创脊柱外科的发展，越来越多为腰椎间盘患者避开了开放手术。我院自2004年5月至2006年3月期间为数名患者进行了微创腰椎间盘摘除术。其中镜下行椎体间融合术是脊柱外科微创手术中的一项新技术。该手术与传统手术相比，具有切口小、创伤小、出血少、并发征少，术后恢复快，住院日短等优点。现报道如下：
