黄芪对自发性高血压大鼠动脉压力反射敏感性的影响

摘    要:目的:评价黄芪的降压效应及其在降压过程中对压力反射敏感性(BRS)的影响。方法:12周龄自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)19只,采用不同剂量的黄芪注射液腹腔注射给药,每天1次,共8周。并连续定时观察血压变化,8周后测定BRS,并比较用药各组与不用药组血压、BRS的差异。结果:未用药组SHR血压自第3周开始升高(P<0.01),而给药的各组SHR血压无变化;经黄芪处理后的各组SHR的BRS明显比自然饲养的SHR高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:黄芪可以改善SHR的BRS。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the chronicity decompression effect of Astragalus Membranaceus(AM) and evaluate the effect on baroreflex sensitivity(BRS). Method: Nineteen spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR) were randomly divided into four groups. The AM groups were intraperitoneally administered with AM parenteral solution 0.9mL, 1.2mL and 1.8 mL respectively and the control group was not given AM for eight weeks. Then the change of blood pressure was observed successivly. After eight weeks, BRS were also determined. At last, the difference of blood pressure and BRS among the groups were compared. Result: Blood pressure in the control group became higher and higher frome the third week to the eighth week, but the other SHR admistered with AM showed no changein blood pressure level. We also found that the BRS in AM group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion: AM can promote the BRS in SHR.
