寒痛定泡腾冲剂4种提取方法的比较

摘    要:以芍药甙、甘草次酸、乌头总生物碱为指标成分,对寒痛定4种提取方法进行比较,结果芍药甙和甘草次酸含量顺序为:半仿生提取法>水提取法>半仿生提取醇沉法>水提取醇沉法,而乌头总生物碱的含量各工艺间无显著差异。

Abstract:In the extraction technology of Efferveseent Granules for Arresting Cold Pain tHantongding PaotengChongji) . the drug combinative modes,solvent PH and drug granularity were optimized by orthogonal tests, with thetotal alkaloid ,paeoniflorin and glycyrrhetinic acid as indexes. The experimental resuhs show that it is better to decocttogether all the recipe ingredients,with water of PHZ for the first decoction,then water of PHS for the second decor-tion.and to make its granularities ranging from the original herbal pieces to particles which can pass through a No. 2sieve.
