菠萝叶酚类成分研究

摘    要:目的:研究菠萝叶中的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20及ODS柱色谱分离,用波谱学方法确定结构。结果:从乙醇提取物的醋酸乙酯萃取部分分得7个化合物,其结构鉴定为菠萝酰酯(1),1-O-咖啡酰单甘油酯(2),1-O-对羟基肉桂酰单甘油酯(3),咖啡酸(4),对羟基肉桂酸(5),β-谷甾醇(6),β-谷甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7)。结论:化合物1为新化合物,其余化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To study the phenolic constituents of the leaves of pineapple. METHOD: Chromatographic methods were used to isolate compounds from the leaves of pineapple and spectroscopic methods were used to identify the structures of the isolated compounds. RESULT: 7 compounds, ananasate (1), 1-O-caffeoylglycerol (2), 1-O-p-coumaroylglycerol (3), caffeic acid (4), p-coumaric acid (5), beta-sitosterol (6) and daucosterol (7), were isolated from the leaves of pineapple. CONCLUSION: 1 was a new compound, and others were obtained from this plant for the first time.
