| 摘 要： | 目的 :对银翘散抗流感病毒作用的物质基础进行研究。方法 :色谱技术进行分离 ,波谱等方法鉴定结构。结果 :从银翘散抗流感病毒有效部位群中分离得到 6种黄酮类成分 ,为醉鱼草苷、金合欢素、橙皮苷、异甘草素、异甘草苷和金丝桃苷。结论 :醉鱼草苷和金合欢素为首次从银翘散中获得。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the chemical constituents in Yinqiaosan Powder that have antiviral action on influenza.Method:Isolation of the constituents by different kinds of column chromatography and elucidation of their structures by chemical and spectral methods.Result:Seven flavonoids were obtained,and six of them were identified as linarin,acacetin,hesperidin,isoquiritigenin,isoquiritin and hyperoside respectively.Conclusion:Linarin and acacetin were isolated from Yinqiaosan Powder for the first time. |
