委陵菜三萜类化学成分研究

摘    要:目的:研究委陵菜的化学成分。方法:运用反复硅胶柱色谱及凝胶柱色谱等色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据波谱数据和理化性质进行结构鉴定。结果:分离鉴定了6个化合物,经波谱方法鉴定为3-羟基-11-烯-11,12-脱氢-28,13-乌苏酸内酯(1),3-O-乙酰坡模醇酸(2),白桦酸(3),3-氧代-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(4),乌苏酸(5),齐墩果酸(6)。结论:以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物1,2,4为首次从该属中分得。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents of Potentilla chinensis. Method: Silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography were employed for the isolation and purfication. The structures were identified on the basis of spectral data and chemical evidence. Result: Six compounds were isolated and identified as follows: 3-hydroxy-11-ursen-28, 13-olide, 11, 12-dehydroursolic acid lactone (1), 3-O-acetyl pomolic acid (2), betulinic acid (3), 3-oxo-12-ursen-28-oic acid (4), ursolic acid (5), oleanic acid (6). Conclousion: All these compounds were isolated from P. chinensis for the first time, compound 1, 2, 4 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
