摘    要:中药(复方)是多组分的复杂体系,中药制剂的评价体系研究必然要围绕中药组分,考虑组分中多成分、多环节、多靶点的整体作用特点.该文将立足于“中医整体观念”,以方药物质基础组分为前提,结合中药制剂评价体系的发展现状,重点从体外释药特性、体内生物利用度、PK-PD 3个方面构建中药多元释药系统的评价体系;同时尝试提出中药组分程序释放的新思路,以期为复杂的中药(复方)给药系统的深入发展提供参考.

Abstract:Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is a multi-component complex system and its research must consider its components characteristics of multi-component, multi-target and multi-effect. According to the whole concept of Chinese medicine, also combining with the status quo of Chinese drugs pharmaceutics and setting the material basis component as the premise, this study will develope TCM multiple drug delivery evaluation system, respectively from three aspects, namely in vitro release, in vivo bioavailability and PK-PD. At the same time, we will try to offer the new thoughts of the programly release, so as to provide new strategies and methods for the development of modern Chinese drug delivery systems.
