茶儿茶素对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用

摘    要:目的 :观察茶儿茶素对脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法 :本实验采用钳夹双侧颈总动脉和迷走神经 60min再灌注 30min的大鼠模型 ,分为正常组、模型组及茶儿茶素组 (分别是30mg·kg-1和 50mg·kg-1,ip .qd×7)。用荧光分光光度计法检测脑组织中MDA ,NO的浓度变化 ,同时观察脑组织超微病理的变化。结果 :模型组大鼠血清和脑组织中MDA浓度显著高于正常组 (P<0.01) ,超微结构严重受损 ;茶儿茶素组均能降低脑缺血再灌注后血清和脑组织中MDA浓度 ,电镜结果显示茶儿茶素 (50mg·kg-1,ip .qd×7)能改善脑缺血再灌注对血脑屏障的损害。结论 :提示茶儿茶素对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用。

Abstract:object: The protective effects of tea catechins on the injury of cerebral ischemia and reperfusion in rats were observed with rat cerebral ischemia and reperfusion model produced by bilaterally clamping the common carotid arteries and vagus nerves for 60 min and then removing the occlusion for 30 min.Method: Wistar rats were divided into normal control group, model group and catechin group (30 mg·kg-1 and 50 mg·kg-1 ip. qd×7d). The changes of biochemical indications and pathology were observed. Result: The results presented that the concentration of MDA in brain tissue and serum of model rats were higher than that of control rats( P<0.01). Compared with model group, tea catechin groups could decrease the concentration of MDA in brain tissue and serum,and tea catechin group (50 mg·kg-1 ip. qd×7d) could improve the injury of blood brain barrier.Conclusion: Tea catechins have protective effects on the injury of cerebral ischemia and reperfusion in rats.
