柴胡桂枝干姜汤的三维高效液相色谱图鉴定

摘    要:用三维高效液相色谱图对柴胡桂枝干姜汤进行了鉴定,结果表明处方中柴胡、桂枝、甘草、黄芩等单味药均可得到满意鉴定。

Abstract:The Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction was identified by three dimensional HPLC. The result showed that theconstituents in this decoction, namely Radix Bupleuri;Ramulus Cinnamomi;Radix Glycyrrhizae and Radix Scutellariaecould all be identified clearly.
