| 摘 要： | 从中药巴戟天中,分到5个抗抑郁活性成分。经化学及波谱学方法,分别鉴定为琥珀酸、耐斯糖、IF-果呋喃糖基耐斯糖以及菊淀粉型六聚糖和七聚糖。以上均首次从巴戟属植物中得到。

| Abstract: | Five compounds having antidepressant activities have been isolated from the roots of Morinda officinalis,aChi-nese traditional Yang-tonic drug.These compounds were identified as succini cacid(1),nystose(2),IF-fructofura-nosylnystose(3),inulin-type hexasaccharide(4)and heptasaccharide(5)by chemical and spectroscopic methods.Allof the compounds are isolated from the species of genus Morinda for the first time. |
