摘    要:该文综述了中药材DNA条形码的研究现状,在此基础上分析了叶绿体基因和核基因在中药材系统进化及鉴定中的优缺点。ITS序列在植物中进化速率较快,适合属、种等较低分类阶元的系统关系研究,而ITS2更适合于中药材的鉴定。因此,中药材系统进化与鉴定研究应当根据研究问题选择相应DNA条形码序列。随着测序成本不断下降,叶绿体全基因组条形码在药用植物鉴定中的应用将更卓有成效。

Abstract:The DNA barcoding of traditional Chinese medicine was summarized in this article. Based on analyzing a number of research findings, the authors discussed the possibility of nuclear DNA sequence and chloroplast genes in identifying medicinal materials. ITS was considered to evolve faster, which was used for plant molecular systematics analysis and species identification,while ITS2 was more suitable to identify medicinal materials. So, it is important that we should select suitable DNA sequences as barcodes based on the objective of a study. With the cost reduction of sequencing, identifying medicinal materials by cp-genome barcoding would be applied broadly and effectively in the future.
