摘    要:目的:研究四方蒿的化学成分。方法:硅胶、聚酰胺柱色谱进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据鉴定结构。结果:分离得到5个黄酮类化合物,分别鉴定为木犀草素(Ⅰ),木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅱ),木犀草素-5-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅲ),5-羟基-7,8-二甲氧基黄酮(Ⅳ)和5-羟基-6,7-二甲氧基黄酮(Ⅴ)。结论:化合物Ⅲ~Ⅴ为首次从该植物中分得,Ⅰ为首次从该属植物中分得。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To investigate the constituents of Elsholtzia blanda. METHOD: The chemical components were isolated by polyamide and silica gel column chromatography. Their structures were identified with extensive spectral (EI-MS, ESI-MS, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, DEPT, 1H-1H-COSY, HMBC, HMQC) and chemical methods. RESULT: Five compounds were isolated and identified as luteolin (I), luteolin-5-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (II), luteolin-7-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (III), 5-hydroxy-7, 8 -dimethoxyflavone (IV) and 5-hydroxy-6, 7-dimethoxyflavone (V). CONCLUSION: Compounds III, IV, V were isolated from E. blanda for the first time and I was firstly separated from the genus Elsholtzia.
