| 摘 要： | 目的:建立用高效液相色谱法同时测定复方苦参注射液中苦参碱、槐定碱和氧化苦参碱的含量。方法:ALLTIMA AM INO色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-3%磷酸溶液-无水乙醇(80∶10∶10);流速1.0 mL.m in-1;检测波长220 nm;柱温30℃。结果:该方法回收率苦参碱为99.5%(RSD 1.58%),槐定碱为99.2%(RSD1.44%),氧化苦参碱为100.2%(RSD 1.85%)。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高,可用于该品的质量控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To establish a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for determination of matrine, sophoridine and oxymatrine in Compound Kushen Injection. METHOD: Alltima amino column was used with acetonitrile-3% phosphoric acid-ethyl alcohol (80:10:10) as the mobile phase and the detection wavelength was at 220 nm. RESULT: The mean recovery of matrine, sophoridine and oxymatrine in Compound Kushen Injection was 99.51% (RSD 1. 58%), 99.24% (RSD 1.44%) and 100.22% (RSD 1.85%), respectively. CONCLUSION: The method was simple, rapid, accurate and specific and suitable for quality control of the product. |
