基于真实世界的喜炎平注射液HIS临床剂量应用分析

目的:探讨喜炎平注射液在临床使用中的实际剂量,找出其随年龄变化的规律。方法:收集全国各地9家三甲医院的HIS数据,通过ETL技术整合为统一的数据仓库;筛选静脉滴注给药,且年龄和剂量未缺失的用药记录;通过对完整数据的分析得出规律,处理剂量单位缺失的记录;统计分析喜炎平注射液的临床剂量使用规律。结果:11 083人次的喜炎平注射液用药数据中,14岁以下儿童占总人次的88.72%;全人群的用药剂量随年龄变化呈二次曲线分布;成人用量主要集中于250mg以下,14岁以下儿童主要集中于125 mg以下,5岁以下儿童多在50～100 mg之间,1岁儿童主要集中在25～50 mg。结论:喜炎平注射液临床使用较说明书剂量偏小,并受年龄影响,二者呈非线性相关。

Study of clinical dose of Xiyanping injection based on HIS data

Objective: To explore the clinical dose of Xiyanping injection, and find the relationship between dose and age. Method: We collected HIS data from 3^rd grade hospitals, and integrated the data to be a data warehouse; selected the completed records in the fields of age and dosage of intravenous drip; completed the missing data in dosage unit according to the analysis of completed records; then we made the analysis. Result: Doctors choose to use a low dose. The relation between dosage and age of Xiyanping injection might be depicted with a quadratic polynomial. Conclusion: There is correlation between dosage and age of Xiyanping injection, and the correlation might be depicted with a quadratic polynomial.
