| 摘 要： | 芳樟醇是一种挥发油,广泛存在于植物的根、茎、叶、花、果实和全草中,也可通过合成制备。它是香水、家用清洁护理产品中使用频率最高的香料,也可用作食用香精以及工业生产中的重要中间体。除此之外,它还兼具医疗保健作用。诸多体内外实验研究表明芳樟醇具有镇痛、抗焦虑、镇静催眠、抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗菌等药理活性,药用前景十分广阔。该研究主要就芳樟醇的药理作用、制剂研究进行综述,为其进一步开发和利用提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | Linalool, as a major volatile compound, is widely distributed in natural plant essential oil. In addition, it can also be artificially synthesized. Linalool is used frequently as an important ingredient of perfumes and household detergents. It is still employed in food flavor and industries. Besides, linalool has some positive effect on healthcare. Many studies have showed that linalool exhibited a variety of pharmacological activities, including analgesic, anxiolytic, sedative, anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor and anti-bacterial effects. Therefore, linalool will be a promising agent for clinical application. This article reviews the pharmacological effects and formulation studies of linalool so as to provide a theoretical basis for its further development and utilization. |
