| 摘 要： | 常用中药薤白具有良好的抗癌防癌作用,是一种有效的临床抗癌辅助性药物,广泛用于一些恶性肿瘤的治疗。该研究就国内外对薤白的抗肿瘤、抗氧化、清除亚硝酸盐、阻断亚硝胺合成、免疫增强等抗癌防癌的药效药理实验结果进行系统综述,为这味中药的进一步开发利用提供参考。

| Abstract: | A commonly used Chinese crude drug Allii Macrostemonis Bulbus has been shown to possess good anticancer activities and related properties such as antioxidation, nitrite scavenging, nitrosamine synthesis blocking and immune enhancement, and has been widely used as an effective auxiliary drug in the treatment of some malignant tumors. This paper systematically reviews the advances in the study of anticancer-related activities of Allii Macrostemonis Bulbus's various components such as raw juice, extracts, saponins, volatile oil, polysaccharides, nitrogen compounds, etc. |
