| 摘 要： | 高血压是脑卒中、心肌梗死、心力衰竭及慢性肾脏病等慢性非传染性疾病的重要危险因素,我国高血压病患病率快速增长.由于现代降压西药的不断优化与广泛运用,直接改变了高血压病的自然进程,使高血压病的中医学病机演变规律也发生相应改变.笔者认为肾虚是现今高血压病病机关键,临床采用补肾治则治法治疗高血压病具有一定疗效.

| Abstract: | Hypertension is one of the important risk factors of chronic non-communicable diseases such as stroke, myocardial infarction, heart failure and so on.It seriously affects heart, brain, kidney and other vital organs of the structure and function.In recent years, prevalence of hypertension in China is growing rapidly.The natural process of hypertension is changed directly because of constantly optimizing and widely using antihypertensive drugs, which results in the change of evolution law in traditional Chinese medicine pathology correspondingly.Kidney deficiency is the key pathology of hypertension nowadays.It is demonstrated that hypertension could be treated by the therapeutic principle of tonifying kidney. |
