高效液相色谱法测定醉鱼草甙

摘    要:目的:测定风轮菜属植物中醉鱼草甙的含量。方法:用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对风轮菜属的几种原植物、风轮菜活性部位研究过程中呈现药理活性的几部分粗膏及断血流片进行醉鱼草甙的含量测定。色谱柱为Hi-TechC18柱(250mm×4.6mm),甲醇-水(70∶30)作流动相,检测波长在210nm。结果:不同样品所含醉鱼草甙的量有差异。平均回收率为101.3%,RSD为1.73%。结论:首次建立了醉鱼草甙的定量方法。

Abstract:Objective: To determine the contents of buddlejasaponin in Clinopodium plants. Method: A highperformance liquid chromatographicmethod was used to determine buddlejasaponin in Clinopodium plants and Tabellae Clinopodii.The determination was carried out on a C18 reversedphase column by methanolwater(7030) elution solvent with UV detection at 210nm. Result:WT5BZThe contents of buddlejasaponin in different samples were different.The average recovery was 101.3% and RSD 1.73%. Conclusion: The method for determining buddlejasaponin was established for the first time.
