摘    要:目的:以氧化低密度脂蛋白处理培养的兔主动脉平滑肌细胞(SMC)致细胞增殖,观察阿魏酸钠(SF)对SMC增殖的影响。方法:应用硫代巴比妥酸比色法测定脂质过氧化物(LPO)水平,氚胸腺嘧啶核苷(H-TdR)掺入实验观察SMC的DNA合成。结果:SF能明显降低培养液中LPO水平的升高,并呈剂量依赖性地减少SMCH-TdR的掺入量。结论:SF能明显抑制SMC增殖,其作用机制可能与抗脂质过氧化有关。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of sodium ferulate on the proliferation and lipid peroxidation of aortic smooth muscle cells(SMC). Method: Using experimental models of proliferation of cultured rabbit aortic SMC induced by oxidizedlow density lipoprotein,the level of lipoperoxide(LPO)was determined by thiobarbituric acid reactive substance(TBARS)method and3Hthymidine(3H-TdR)incorporation was used to observe DNA synthesis. Results:BZSF markedly reduced the increase of medium LPO and inhibited the3H-TdR incorporation in a dosedependent manner. Conclusing: SF can inhibif the proliferation of SMC.The inhibitory effect may be related to the inhibition of lipid peroxidation.
