| 摘 要： | 目的：以氧化低密度脂蛋白处理培养的兔主动脉平滑肌细胞（ＳＭＣ）致细胞增殖，观察阿魏酸钠（ＳＦ）对ＳＭＣ增殖的影响。方法：应用硫代巴比妥酸比色法测定脂质过氧化物（ＬＰＯ）水平，氚胸腺嘧啶核苷（３Ｈ-ＴｄＲ）掺入实验观察ＳＭＣ的ＤＮＡ合成。结果：ＳＦ能明显降低培养液中ＬＰＯ水平的升高，并呈剂量依赖性地减少ＳＭＣ３Ｈ-ＴｄＲ的掺入量。结论：ＳＦ能明显抑制ＳＭＣ增殖，其作用机制可能与抗脂质过氧化有关。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effect of sodium ferulate on the proliferation and lipid peroxidation of aortic smooth muscle cells(SMC). Method: Using experimental models of proliferation of cultured rabbit aortic SMC induced by oxidizedlow density lipoprotein,the level of lipoperoxide(LPO)was determined by thiobarbituric acid reactive substance(TBARS)method and3Hthymidine(3H-TdR)incorporation was used to observe DNA synthesis. Results:BZSF markedly reduced the increase of medium LPO and inhibited the3H-TdR incorporation in a dosedependent manner. Conclusing: SF can inhibif the proliferation of SMC.The inhibitory effect may be related to the inhibition of lipid peroxidation. |
